Ledgr for Android

Your bank already sent every expense.

Ledgr reads those alerts on your phone and builds the spending record you would otherwise type by hand. Six banks plus bKash and Nagad. Your messages never leave the device.

AI Spend Report

A weekly note on Today: what you spent most on, whether that is unusual for you, and what to watch next week.

Full Spending Report

A monthly memo. Where the money went, the patterns behind it, and one change worth making.

Reports are optional and run only after you say yes. They use short summaries, never your raw SMS.

Two screens do the daily work.

Set a spending challenge, then name each merchant once. Ledgr handles the repeats.

Challenges

Small goals, tracked daily.

A jar that shows what is still safe to spend today, and a monthly shelf of the streaks you held.

Daily jar Monthly shelf

Merchants

Name a merchant once.

Put AGORA under Groceries and every past and future AGORA line follows it.

Per merchant Past and future

Three steps, then it runs itself.

Setup is short because the transaction trail is already sitting in your inbox.

1 Allow SMS access

Ledgr looks only at alerts from supported banks and wallets. Chats, OTPs, and everything else are skipped.

2 Let it import

Matching alerts become transactions on the device, grouped by bank and category. New ones land as they arrive.

3 Read the month

Today tells you where the month stands. The report tells you why it got there.

Questions

Why does Ledgr need SMS access?

It is the only way to read the transaction alerts your bank already sends you. Ledgr matches those alerts on the phone and skips everything else in your inbox, including chats and OTPs. Nothing is uploaded.

Is my SMS or data sent to your servers?

No. Your messages, transaction history, categories, and merchant rules stay on the device. AI reports are optional and use short summaries, never your raw SMS.

Which banks are supported?

Standard Chartered, Eastern Bank, Trust Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, BRAC Bank, and The City Bank, plus bKash and Nagad. Whether a specific card works depends on the alert format your bank uses.

What if my bank is not on the list?

You can still use Ledgr. Add those expenses by voice or text, and they sit alongside the imported ones.

Is AI required?

No. Tracking, categories, and challenges all work without it. Reports run only after you turn them on.

Do I need to log expenses manually?

Not for a supported bank. Those transactions appear on their own. Cash and anything unsupported goes in by voice or text.

Is this Android only?

Yes, for now. Ledgr is an Android app, live on the Play Store.

Point it at this month's SMS.

You will see the month you already had within a minute of installing. Android only for now, built around Bangladeshi bank alerts.

Local first

Your transaction history, categories, and merchant rules stay on the phone.

AI is optional

Reports run only after you consent, and never on raw SMS.

What we never collect

No SMS, merchant names, notes, phone numbers, or transaction amounts. Anonymous usage counts only.
